Meeting Location

The 116th Annual Meeting will be held at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square in Lancaster, PA on
​Monday, September 1 - Friday, September, 18 , 2026.

Lodging Information 

Overnight accommodations are available at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square for a discounted group rate of $165.00 plus tax. A limited amount of per diem rooms are available.

Alternate Hotel:
Additional rooms have been blocked at the federal per diem rate of $123.00 plus state and local taxes (11%) at the Holiday Inn Lancaster. The hotel is located at 26 East Chestnut St. Lancaster, PA 17602, 1-717-394-0900.

Philadelphia International Airport is a 90 minute drive and Harrisburg International Airport is a 35-40 minute drive.


Train Routes & Services 
Amtrak operates two main lines serving Lancaster, offering connections to major East Coast hubs: [1]
  • Keystone Service: Provides frequent daily round trips between Harrisburg, Lancaster, Philadelphia (William H. Gray III 30th Street Station), and New York City (Penn Station).
  • Pennsylvanian: A daily long-distance train that travels between New York City, Philadelphia, Lancaster, and Pittsburgh. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Typical Travel Times & Prices (One-way)
  • Philadelphia to Lancaster: ~1 hour 20 minutes | $18 - $40
  • New York City to Lancaster: ~2 hours 45 minutes | ~$60 - $80
  • Harrisburg to Lancaster: ~20 minutes | ~$15 [1, 2, 3]
