Thank you to everyone who joined us in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, for the 116th AFWA Annual Meeting. We're grateful to our attendees, partners, sponsors, and hosts for the conversations, collaboration, and commitment to conservation that made this meeting a success. Full Conference Full Conference Registration includes all attendee socials, Welcome Reception, Awards Banquet, coffee and snacks daily, and attendance at all sessions not indicated by "invite only".	$575	$600	$625
One Day Only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday Only) One Day Rates do not include evening events, but tickets may be purchased.	$250	$325
Optional Tickets
Tuesday Welcome Reception	$75
Wednesday Awards Banquet	$85

Registration Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, registration fees are refundable less a $50 administrative fee if cancelled by a designated date,  no refunds will be issued, but substitutions are allowed. Please send modification / cancellation requests to [email protected].

Payment Note

​​Meeting attendees must pay in full for their registration fee before attending the event.
