AFWA 2026 Workshop & Related Meeting Request (Deadline: August 14th)

The 116th Annual Meeting will be fully in-person in Lancaster, PA.  The event dates for this year are:
Monday, September 14 – Friday, September 18, 2026.

Related meeting and workshop  requests are now being accepted for committees and working groups, universities, organizations, agencies, and others interested in holding a meeting or social function in association with the 116th AFWA Annual Meeting.  Related meetings and workshops may be held on Monday, September 14th - Thursday, September 17th, except during restricted times (noted in the form Instructions).  Please fill out the following form in order to submit your meeting / workshop request.

Multiple meetings may be requested by filling out the form again.
